Sapien is inviting teams building with AI to apply for early Proof of Quality pilots and receive verifiable records for their AI work.
The short version
Our team is seeking developers with AI datasets that do not require expert review to be part of early pilots for PoQ. If you have AI work, we'd love to help verify it and work with you as part of our early adopter program.
Any team that could benefit from Proof of Quality and its expert consensus can now join a pilot program. We’ll help define the rubric, route review, and return a signed proof artifact.
Early access trials are open
We are inviting teams to bring real AI work into early trial conversations. This can include datasets, model evaluations, AI-assisted security findings, audit workflows, agent outputs, or review processes where a team needs clearer evidence around evaluation.
The first step is simple. Share:
Who you are
What you are building
The stage of the project
The format of the project
The work you want evaluated
How you evaluate quality today
That work can include labeled training data, model outputs, generated content, code, research summaries, annotations, security findings, audit results, or other AI work where quality matters.
From there, we can assess fit, identify the right workflow, and define a draft plan for creating a verifiable record of how the work was reviewed.
How to Talk about PoQ

Sapien creates verifiable records of how AI work was evaluated.
We have updated the way we describe Proof of Quality across Sapien, and we wanted to share the cleaner version with the people building with us.
Proof of Quality, or PoQ, is a verification layer for AI work. Organizations define the standard through a rubric, reviewers evaluate work against that standard, consensus measures the outcome, and PoQ creates a verifiable record of how the result was reached.
That record is the Proof Report. It captures the standard applied, the participants involved, the evaluations submitted, the areas of agreement, the areas of disagreement, and the final outcome. The goal is simple: give teams a way to inspect how quality was evaluated before that work influences decisions.
Most AI quality claims depend on trust.
Sapien makes them verifiable.
