When contributors take on work, they stake tokens as collateral. That work is then checked by higher-reputation peers within the same task. If the output is strong, the contributor earns rewards and gains reputation. If it’s poor, or if they cheat, they risk losing both their stake and their standing.

It’s a model inspired by Ethereum’s proof-of-stake; where good behavior is rewarded, and bad behavior is penalized by design. The result is a system that replaces manual QA with peer validation and builds accountability directly into the protocol.
